Review: Depressing new spin on 'Annie' seems completely embarrassed to be a musical

There is very little to celebrate in Will Gluck's oddly tone-deaf take on 'Annie,' and from the casting to the cutting, this is a case of bad decisions that add up to a truly difficult movie.
